Matters discussed included: appointments to the Executive Committee; the reorganisation of Branches in the UK; the circulation levels of Crosstalk magazine; the appointment of the Countess of Limerick as acting chairman; responding to the economic climate; and reorganisation of the central administration of the British Red Cross.
