Description
Series consists of published annual reports for the years 1914-1949, and combined reports and directories for the years 1950/51 - 1963/64, 1969/70, 1970/71, 1979/80 - 1986/87, 1988/89, 1989/90, 1993/94 & 1994/95. The earlier reports (up to 1963/64) are in a fragile condition, and heavily annotated.
The reports all contain a foreword by the president of the branch, a report by the county director containing information on the services and activities performed during the year, including training, fund-raising, welfare, first-aid, clinics, and the development of the Junior Red Cross members. They also include accounts, membership numbers, awards granted, and (from 1969/70) photographs.
The directories contain contact information for branch and divisional officials.
