Description
Album contains press cuttings and photographs relating to the work of the Huntingdonshire Branch. Topics include the North Hunts Ambulance Challenge Cup (c.1914-1915), the work of the Red Cross in Ramsay, the British Red Cross Society's Women's Reserve Section of the Air Raid Precaution, first aid training and courses and the formation of new detachments. Pasted inside the front cover is a letter from Flora Keller, Secretary of The Women's United Patriotic Club to the Quartermaster of teh Red Cross in Ramsay expressing thanks for 'gift of bags', dated 24 Aug 1915.
