Note stating 'the Duchess of Norfolk will present the Medals given by the British Red Cross Society to those entitled to them in the Chichester Division. The presentation will take place at Arundel Castle on August 4th, at 4. o' clock. Kindly let me know whether you can be present [signed Evelyn Constable, Honorary Secretary.'
