The series is divided between published annual reports / directories for 1953-1954, 1970, 1973-1976/7, 1978-1988/9 and 1991/2 [RCB 10/1-20], and unpublished reports for 1977, 1978, 1980-1983 and 1987 [RCB 10/21-27].
The annual reports contain summaries of the activities of the Buckinghamshire Branch, including thost of the Junior Department, combined St John's and British Red Cross committee, training, fundraising, welfare, the 'Holidays for the Disabled' scheme, Beauty treatments, and news from the divisions. They also contain branch directories. Most also contain membership figures, and some also include accounts for the year concerned.
RCB 10/3, dated 1970, celebrates the centenary of the British Red Cross, and therefore the articles focus on the achievments of Buckinghamshire branch over the previous century.
