Description
This is the fourth annual report of the City and County of Bristol Branch of British Red Cross. It contains information on the activities of the branch during 1917, in the form of a report by the Commiittee of Bristol Branch, including transport of the sick and wounded, care of prisoners of war, lady visitors, egg collectors, the purchase of a soldiers' corner at Arno's Vale Cemetery and working parties. It also contains the financial report and accounts for the year ending 31 December 1917. The appendicies list the male and female detachments, and the contact details of their commanders.
