This file consists of correspondence and related documentation regarding the formation of The Consultative Panel of the British Red Cross Society. The Godber Commission recommended that there should be a Consultative Panel to which persons with special expertise or experience might be appointed to whom reference could be made as individuals or groups of individuals to give advice to the British Red Cross Society Council. Correspondence is concerned with nominations and invitations for individuals to take a place on the Consultative Panel.
