Description
Leaps & Grounds is a speciality coffee social enterprise supporting refugee women to take steps towards their dream careers. The coffee cart is fully staffed by refugee women, who are also given regular one to one mentoring so women can build the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to start building a new career.
History
London based Caravan Coffee Roasters have teamed up with the British Red Cross to support our Leaps & Grounds project. For every bag of coffee you buy, Caravan will donate one to Leaps & Grounds to use in their projects.
