Valentina, who was forced to flee from Ukraine, continues her catering business while living as a refugee in Switzerland. The food items she produces include Adjika, Pesto, Ghee and Syrniki. She is also a yoga teacher and runs classes for Ukrainian refugees living in Switzerland.
