Description
Black and white image of two patients and an orderly on Alexandra Rose day which was a charitable event which involved the selling of roses to raise funds for Princess Alexandra's (the consort of King Edward VII) favourite charities. Two female collectors can be seen pinning a rose on the lapels of hospital patients and a small boy dressed in school uniform can be seen holding a collection tin. A uniformed orderly looks on.
