Red and white tapestry with the wording 'STATUTORY MEETINGS/BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND/1993' surmounted by a red cross and a red crescent. It was produced to commemorate the Statutory Meetings of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, held at Birmingham in 1993. It was a gathering of representatives from the entire Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement for the Movement's biennial meetings.
