Black and white photograph showing two circles painted on the grass. Auxiliary nurses, wearing indoor nursing uniform, are cycling in a circle with patients and military medical staff looking on. In the middle of the circle are several chairs also arranged in a circle and in the background there are a number of tents. It is believed to be No 2 New Zealand General Hospital in Mount Felix, Walton-on-Thames.
