Description
Black and white photograph dated 20 August 1917 showing patients and guests sitting at tables. Three VADs, Mrs Booty the Commandant of London/246, Mrs Childe the Commandant of London/266 and Maud Brisley the secretary of Wandsworth Division are standing at the rear of the picture. Mary, Mrs Jellicoe's granddaughter, is standing to the right of the picture holding a plate of cake slices. The VADs and Commandants are wearing indoor uniform. Two pairs of crutches are lying on the ground at the centre-front of the picture.
