Gold plaque in red presentation box celebrating 'Aid Co-operation.' Gold plaque is roughly shaped and circular, featuring two hands touching and the words 'Aid Co-operation' in four different languages on obverse with eagle and serpent motif on reverse. Red leather presentation case has a beige canvas fabric interior.
