The series consists of type-written draft reports for Hong-Kong branch for the years 1951-1953, 1958, 1960 and 1962; published annual reports for the years 1958, 1960-1963, 1974/75 - 1984/95, 1986/87, 1989/90, 1990/91, 1992/93 & 1995/96, and a report to mark the Silver Jubilee of the branch's Youth programme, dated 1981.
The annual reports contain summaries of the activities of the Hong Kong Branch, focusing on blood donation, diaster and international relief, schools and hospital schools, and the junior links programme, but also containing information on membership figures, visits, training programmes and awards. Accounts and photographs are included on all published reports.
From the 1974/75, reports are published in both English and Mandarin.
